We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Manpower & Staffing Division to drive business expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth across India.

Manpower Services | Staffing Solutions | Corporate Recruitment | Workforce Management
✔ Develop and execute business development strategies for manpower and staffing services
✔ Identify new business opportunities in industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, security, and IT staffing sectors
✔ Generate leads, pitch manpower solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
✔ Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Admin Managers, and decision-makers
✔ Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth manpower deployment
✔ Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
✔ Represent the company in client meetings and business exhibitions across India
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
✔ 2–6 years experience in Business Development (Staffing / Manpower preferred)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Knowledge of staffing contracts, compliance norms, and workforce deployment models
✔ Willingness to travel across India
✔ Target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset
✔ Experience in manpower consultancy or staffing agency
✔ Existing corporate client network
✔ Strong understanding of Pan India manpower demand
✔ Leadership and coordination skills
